Step 1: Record your greeting

• 1. Dial your toll-free 800 number, wait for the voice prompt, then press the star ( * ) key.


• 2. Enter your 5-digit mailbox number followed by the pound ("#") key.


• 3. Enter your 4 digit personal PIN followed by the pound ("#") key.


• 4. Press "3" to record your greeting.
  
  
  • Press "1" to hear your current greeting.
  • Press "2" to record a new greeting.
  • Press "3" to use the system greeting.


• 5. Record your message or use the system message.
  
  
  • Press the ("#") key to end the message and hear the message you recorded.
  • Press "1" to confirm the message.
  • Press "2" to re-record.
  
  

Once your message is completed, simply press the pound ("#") key to exit the system. Or Press "9" to get back to the main menu.

Step 2: Change your PIN (4-digit personal identification number):

Once activated you will automatically be assigned a personal 4-digit PIN.

• 1. Dial your toll-free 800 number followed by the star ("*") key.
• 2. Enter your 5-digit mailbox number followed by the pound ("#") key.
• 3. Enter your 4 digit personal PIN followed by the pound ("#") key.
• 4. Press "4" to change your PIN.
• 5. Enter your new 4-digit PIN.
• 6. Re-enter your new 4-digit PIN.
• 7. Press the pound ("#") key to exit the system or press "9" to get to the main menu.

Now give your toll-free 800 number and personal mailbox number to anyone you want to stay in touch with. Anyone who has your toll-free 800 number and mailbox number will be able to call and leave messages for you 24-hours a day, every day. They can call from anywhere in the country without paying a dime for long distance charges. If you choose, an audio copy of your messages can be emailed to you at no extra charge.

Step 3: To Leave a Message:

• 1. Dial the toll-free 800 number.
• 2. Enter the 5-digit mailbox number followed by the pound ("#") key.
• 3. Record your message and press the pound ("#") key when finished.

Step 4: To Retrieve your Messages:

• 1. Dial your toll-free 800 number followed by the star ("*") key.
• 2. Enter your 5-digit mailbox number followed by the pound ("#") key.
• 3. Enter your 4 digit personal PIN number followed by the pound ("#") key.
• 4. Press "1" to play new messages or Press "2" to play saved messages.

OR:

• Press "1" to replay the message.
• Press "2" to save the message for 30 days.
• Press "3" to delete the message.
